Hans is getting bigger and his play pen seems a little small for him now. So I bunny-proofed the bedroom.. and guess who’s our part-time bedroom bunny

Hans spends his nights in the bedroom, and his days in the play pen. I’m not keeping him full time in the bedroom because I still want Buttons & Yohji to be used to having him around.
I’m very impressed with Hans’ litter habits! I expected some stray poop or pee, since he had never been in the room before.. but he’s been using his litter box religiously since the first night.
Our room looks like a nursery now, with Hans’ toys everywhere!

This is Hans’ tent. He doesn’t spend much time inside. Instead, he likes to push it away from the wall and dash back and forth behind it.

- This is more like it! A bun needs narrow spaces to squeeze through!

Hans’ favourite is still the tattered pink bed (all holes courtesy of Buttons & Yohji.. mostly Buttons!). He spends most of his sleeping hours inside it.
- Boy, was that a looong play session.. I’m so pooped, I can’t even tuck my legs in properly.. ZZzZzzZzzzzzz
It’s nice having Hans in the room. I hear his little feet scampering about at night, and I know he’s having fun with all that space to himself. A happy bun = a happy me!

Lucky Hans and you too! I love hearing bunnies in the middle of the night. My big bun Bandit used to sleep under my bed, it was always so comforting. I love Hans’ little white tail.

wah..when I saw the heading, I had some exotic images in my mind hahaha…bunny ones of course!! Where did you get all those cool stuff..never seen them before, not even at the pet shop at Ikano. Yohji and Buttons sleep with you in the bedroom, how’s the toilet habits? wow..my husband will flip if the bunnies sleep with us in the bedroom, he cant hold bunnies…OK,Congrats to Hans for the upgrading, naik pangkat hehe…happy holiday today, tomorow, put on your first gear and go to work..*sigh*..

Just wanted to say, your bunnies are adorable!! My bun doesn’t like being in house much either, he prefers to sit on top of it.

He’s still looking very young compared to Flynn!
But the good news is, I might soon be getting a little dwarf (although a polish, not a netherland), so I can appreciate their perpetual baby faces as well.
I’m getting used to the idea of letting Flynn have free-run of my bedroom too.

Polish are a liitttttlllleeee bit larger (like 1/2 a lb), they have “flyback” fur, which is shorter and less wooly, and their faces aren’t quite as round. But besides that, they ARE pretty similar. I can’t wait to get her! I’ve never had a dwarf bun, but I think I’m up for the challenge. Polish aren’t supposed to have the typical “dwarf attitude” either- lots of polish I know let little kids pick them up, drag them around, and dress them up
They’re sweet little guys. How is Hans’ personality? I think he’s more affectionate than Flynn, which makes me a little jealous 
PS- I use the same coated wire over my litterboxes, too. I can’t stand the idea of Flynn getting into his poos and litter. Plus, since I’m allergic to practically every rabbit litter out there, I use a special kind of cat litter that isn’t edible (BUT is dust and clay free!), so I have to keep him away from it.
