Tired of watching my pitiful attempts at yoga, Buttons demonstrates how the real professionals do it:
Look at her perfect alignment!
Right ear and right leg stretched straight in opposing directions pulls taut & strengthens all muscles in the upper half of her body while at the same time, widens the chest to enable deeper breathing.
Left ear held to the side maintains the delicate balance of her pose.
Right hind leg lifted high engages all muscles in the lower half of her body, and little tail lifted off the ground makes balancing even trickier, definitely not for beginners.
This is too tough to follow.. I’m just going to roll up my mat and retire for the day. No amount of practice could ever get me to Buttons’ level!
